Makes 5 Bars

Ingredients
• 8 scoops chocolate Protein Powder
• 1 cup Oatmeal
• 1/3 cup Natural Peanut Butter
• 3 Tbsp Honey
• 1/2 cup 1% Milk
• 3 tbsp crushed Peanuts

Directions
1. Mix together the protein powder, oatmeal, peanut butter, honey and milk.
2. Form into 5 bars and then roll in the crushed peanuts to finish.
3. Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes

• Protein: 50g
• Carbohydrates: 36g

— 1-2 bunches Parsley
— 2 Apples
— 1 Cucumber
— 1-3 inches Ginger
— 3 Carrots
— 2-3 inches fresh Aloe Leaf

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Run all ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://bit.ly/pxxsK

It is is the food of healthy cells. Yes, a lower volume of fruit for some people at some times might be more beneficial for various reasons, but that doesn’t mean fruit itself feeds, and therefore causes cancer!
