What I Ate Today, Low-Carb

0 What I Ate Today, Low CarbI do not eat “perfectly” by any means but I LOVE everything I eat daily. ~I was asked for a food video & here it is. icon smile What I Ate Today, Low Carb

I try to eat about 1,300 calories, get more than 80g of protein, eat less than 20 net carbs a day, drink more than 100oz of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes a day.

For net carbs, you are supposed to subtract fiber & sugar alcohols from the carbs to get “net carbs”. I don’t trust that logic 100% so I add 1/2 of the sugar alcohols back in to the net carb equation. Just to be safe. icon wink What I Ate Today, Low Carb

Coffee Info: This is a 20oz tumbler. Starbucks coffee (vanilla) – I make it at home (2.5c), DaVinci Sugar Free syrup (caramel) – about 2tbsp, Land-O-Lakes Half & Half – 2tbsp, Atkins Cafe Caramel Shake (1/2 shake ~ 163g), and Splenda – about 2 tbsp. ~I got all of these at Walmart (I got the syrup at Sam’s Club).

Here is where to get info on the “butt run”:
