Yes, people, unless you are a true sufferer of cataracts, it should be clear that I was AT LEAST 257 Pounds when I started my diet. That should be clear to anyone who is not an envious individual trying to detract from my success or justify their own failure.
Yes, I lost 10 lbs in the first day, 9 pounds the next, 3 pounds the next, and on and on. See my main channel for a list of weigh-ins. I recorded them in a listing as well as via video with accompanying underwear body shot each day.
I realize many of you have not seen my early videos. They are all there… I have videos for every day… but around Subscriber 500, the early videos went private… I didn’t get into my groove until about Day 5. The early videos are filled with many hilarities, such as: I took my beanie off on Day 1 to show my black, nappy, undyed roots that have not been dyed since last October… My boobs are all over the friggin place on Day 2 — Talk about jugs!… Day 3 and Day 4, I look high and even crazier than I look now… like I said, I didn’t get into my groove until about Day 5. So my Public videos start there. But I will do a mash-up of the early Private videos so you guys can laugh your off at me! Anyway, back to those early videos: although I reported huge losses and you could see the numbers on the scale, I really did not see them on my body. But I SOOOOO appreciate the fact that I have the body shots to look back on (please take them yourselves). Now I can see all that water weight leaving. And, yes, we will have a discussion on water weight, people. Loss on the scale does NOT equal fat loss. As I have stated repeatedly, I know I was retaining a great deal of water because: 1. I was morbidly obese and 2. I NEVER drank water. It tastes nasty! I’m Country! I like Koolaid and Grapedrank (not misspelled). So yes, I was a camel when I started this diet. We will discuss this… and something else we haven’t discussed… Elvis died with over 60 lbs of feces inside of him… yes, if you are morbidly obese, you are retaining much more than water. A liquid diet is going to flush a lot of “CRAP” out of your system!
What astounds me is a culture complete obsessed with TV for some reason can’t recall losses EXACTLY like mine reported on your prized Biggest Loser Show! Yes, huge losses in the beginning are not unusual for huge like mine.
And yes, for those emailing saying they don’t think they can do 7 shakes per day, we will discuss ways to modify my diet. EVERYONE was clamoring to know EXACTLY what I was doing. When I responded, “Just do any liquid diet…” you people came for me with pitchforks and torches. So I take the time to purchase webspace, teach myself html, and lay out EXACTLY what I do and now my in-box is flooded with, “Umm, well is there any way I can modify that?” HAHAHAHA! Lordamercy! I can’t win on YouTube! Anyway, we will discuss modifications. And yes, if you don’t feel comfortable doing it my way, do it the diet clinics’ way and eat lean… AFTER DISCUSSING IT WITH YOUR DOCTOR! In any case, I am updating my Diet Page with a lot more information and new links. Please hang on. I will have it up tonight or tomorrow.
But yes, I was 257 lbs at the start of my weight loss journey and if I can do it, you can do it too! It’s a common goal among all of us, so lose weight however you so choose.
