Hey guys. This was my post workout meal. It was about 500 calories because I made my protein shake with fat free skim milk. If I would have added water like I usually do, then it would have been about 300 calories.
I was very weak after hitting legs for 100 minutes and then running 3 miles, and as a result, I gave into the temptation to make the shake with milk instead of water. If you are serious about cutting and burning a lot of fat, make it with water.
