Weight loss bar?

Hey i seen on TV the other day about this weight loss bar that you eat it for your lunch and dinner with one glass of water per meal. And it fills you up. You dont have to eat anything else. Anyone know what bar i am talking about?

It might be called the "Gimmick" or how about "Sucker"! Those things do not work. Don’t waste your time or money. If you only want to eat a weight loss bar and a glass of water twice a day then go for South Beach Diet bars or Slim Fast bars. They each have meal replacement bars and healthy meals in the frozen food section, and I’m sure you can get those far cheaper in Wal-Mart than those bars you saw on tv.

0 my transformation,weight loss,weight lifting,so far... 298lbs to 191 lb 200 lb rangewhat up this is me and my story of my weight loss,i have been doin my thing for just about a year and things are going pretty well.i dropped all pop ,chips, chocolate bars ,things of that nature and hit the weights pretty hard and busted my off at work running and stuff non stop
