The only way to lose weight and keep it off is a plan of cutting back calories and exercising frequently (multiple times a weekly, preferably once a day). If diets, pulls, shakes, bars, or any of that stuff worked, we wouldn’t have an $80 billion a year diet industry. The industry relies on repeat customers. References :
