    If you want to lose weight, Quit drinking soda pop, even Diet Soda pop. Start drinking water. For breakfast, eat a bowl of Special K, Cheerios, or Oatmeal Crisp cereal with Skim Milk. For Lunch, make a turkey sandwich on wheat bread with mustard or fat free mayo. For dinner, fix some type of Lean Meat, a vegetable, and have a slice of Wheat Bread.
    When you are eating your food, take small bites, and chew your food slow. While you are chewing your food, put your fork down on the table until you have swallowed the food. Between meals, and in the evening, when you get hungry, eat some dry cereal, or drink water.
